One of the highlights of 2025 has to be being invited to speak at the National Sales Conference.
As an ex-recruiter and someone who loves sales, it was a pleasure to be asked to present as the closing speaker.
It was great to meet so many engaging individuals and speakers, and deliver my keynote on communication and human connection, which is an undeniably vital element to sales.
A personal highlight was watching David Avrin’s keynote and his great takeaway that “Quality is not a differentiator. It’s Expected!!” We often say our biggest point of difference is our QUALITY… but the reality is, we live in a world where customers expect you to be great. So what else have you got?
An all-round brilliant day with lots of useful takeaways. I’m really looking forward to more events like this in 2026.
